At Ella & Kate, your satisfaction is very important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and will do our best to make the return process simple and fair.


Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or damaged)

How to Request a Return

To start a return:

1. Email us at support@ellaandkate.com within 30 days of delivery

2. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A photo if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and provide the approved return address and instructions.

Please do not send any returns without prior approval.
Returns sent to the sender’s address on the package may not be processed.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • Returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center
  • Because we work with international fulfillment partners, return shipping times and costs may be higher than domestic returns

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ella & Kate is not responsible for lost return packages.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
